Flora Bowley is a celebrated artist, author of four books, community builder, and visionary creative guide. In 2016, she designed and built the Modern Artistic Oasis to host her popular painting retreats, and she also wrote two of her books in this magical space! Flora is now co-creating a small retreat center an hour outside of Portland, so she's thrilled to share this special space with others. The property is hosted by Flora's friend, Kate, who lives in a separate apartment on the property.
